Is the Army doing enough for its junior leaders? 


Even in these troubling times, the quality of junior leaders is not of concern to senior Army officials, Gen. Daniel B. Allyn, Army vice chief of staff, said recently at an AUSA Institute of Land Warfare breakfast. “We are continuing to deliver young soldiers and junior officers that arrive ready to lead their formations in the complex missions that we have to execute,” Allyn said.
